PROCESSING TIME

  • It takes us about 1-2 weeks to fulfill a custom order. For predesigned cuties, it takes us 3-5 days.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Yes! We would love to create portraits for unique pets everywhere such as bunnies, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, pigs, etc. Reach out to us if you have any more questions or concerns.

  • Unfortunately, we are not doing human portrait illustrations at this time. We are hoping to explore this in the future.

  • Yes — it should be if you ensure your photo is taken in a well-lit area, ideally without a filter and in natural lighting. The photo should be a close-up of your pet’s face, head-on and your pet should be sitting or standing up. Laying down is not ideal (nor flattering) for your fur baby. Lastly, avoid blurry and/or overly filtered photos if possible.

  • Yes! We will send you a preview of the hand-drawn artwork and personalized product to you for approval. Any tweaks or revisions requested will be taken care of by our team - free of charge. However, you cannot submit a new photo after the initial artwork is completed. Check out the full order process here.

  • Please reach out by email (hello@printpawty.com) as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate you. It is at our discretion whether or not the change is possible, and we will notify you accordingly.

SHIPPING

  • We currently only ship to the United States. We are soon expanding into other parts of the world such as Canada, the UK, and more!

  • FREE shipping is offered on all orders over $100. We charge a flat-rate shipping of $9 for orders under $100.

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it ships, so you can track it right to your front door.

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

  • We begin work on each order promptly after they are placed. To cancel an order, you must email hello@printpawty.com within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion.

  • Pre-Designed Items: We will accept a return if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at hello@friedmanvartolo.com and our team will help process your return. All products that do not involve a custom pet portrait are considered “pre-designed.”

    Custom Items: Due to its custom nature, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on your custom items at this time. Your pet portrait is drawn with care and is personal to you and your fur baby. We hope you can understand.

    If you are dissatisfied with your custom product for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your custom item and we will do what we can to make it right.

  • While it's rare, your personalized items can get damaged during shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement. Please provide photos of the damage in your first email so we may help you faster.
